Shipping Options & Cost

We are a small business so we often pick and pack your order within 24 hours.

Every parcel is sent tracked with one of our trusted courier or post partners. Please note, orders are sent without signature on delivery, unless the signature + delivery option is selected at checkout. See below for the rates that apply to your area. 

Local Pick Up - Melbourne, Australia 

We offer a free collection service from Seddon, Vic, 3011. 

Place any order and select the Pick Up option at check out. In most cases your order will be ready within just a few hours.

Once you receive the email notification just let us know when you are planning to collect and your order will be ready and waiting for you.

New Zealand Post

Around New Zealand, we offer the following rates: 

For orders over $100:

Standard shipping FREE
Express shipping $9.95

For orders under $100:

Standard shipping $5.95
Express shipping $9.95

Add Signature on Delivery + $5

Australia Post

Around Australia, we offer the following rates across all orders: 

For orders over $100:

Standard shipping FREE
Express shipping $12.95

For orders under $100:

Standard shipping $8.95
Express shipping $12.95

Add Signature on Delivery + $5

Rest of the World 

For the rest of the world, we used Australia Post and Australia Post Express for international orders.  In some cases orders are sent from New Zealand, in which case we use NZ Post and NZ Express. Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of any duties or taxes imposed by your country.

For orders over $300:

Standard shipping FREE
Express shipping $14.95

For orders under $300:

Standard shipping $14.95
Express shipping $24.95

Refunds

Full priced items can be refunded if returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it, with any original packaging and labels attached. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Please email info@sweetcheeks.co.nz with your order details to organise a return.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.
