The snug beanie is made from 100% pure merino wool with a double layer around the forehead and ear flaps. This helps to keep your child's head extra warm and cosy. This cute little beanie is one of our most popular items.
This is a great option for those colder, windier days and nights as the ears are protected. The fit is also quite snug (hence the name!) so the hat wont be easily pulled off.
Babies and young children struggle to maintain their body temperature – merino keeps their heads warm by trapping the heat lost, forming a warm insulation layer. The breathability of the fabric absorbs any moisture providing warmth without overheating.
Please note the maximum head size for these beanies is approximately 52cm circumference.
Machine washable on either the gentle or wool wash cycle.
We recommend only using liquid wool wash with your items.
Do not soak or allow your washing detergent to sit on your items. This can cause holes to burn through the material and reduce the lifespan of your item.
Merino is quick to dry.

Such a nice hat, would definitely recommend! Size 3-4 fits our 2.5 year old perfectly with room to grow (we fold it over at the bottom). I like that it’s thin and smooth as we often put it under a bike helmet. And the material is very soft (not itchy).

The beanie is very stretchy. I got up to 24 months and it’s plenty big enough for my lil 2.5 year old. Perfect for our winters in vic because merino wool regulates temperature. Also perfect under the hood on his snow suit so he can’t get too hot or too cold. The wool is fine soft and not at all scratchy.
