Our merino tights are super soft and very comfortable. They are made from 70% merino wool (with 25% nylon and 5% lycra) so are kind against sensitive skin.
The merino fibre will work to trap body heat, keeping legs nice and warm even on the coldest days. These are some of the warmest tights you will find. They feature a comfortable gusset knitted into the tights for extra comfort.
Merino is naturally odour and bacteria resistant.

NON-ITCH
Merino wool fibres are super fine - much finer than human hair. This along with the natural crimp structure means it feels soft and gentle on skin.
Breathable
The Merino used in our tights is highly breathable, which helps regulate body temperature and prevents excessive sweating.
Extra comfort
They have a comfortable gusset knitted into the the crotch of the tights to provide additional comfort and flexibility.
Our tights are made from 70% Merino wool, 25% nylon and 5% elastane.
Our wool is sourced from Australian or New Zealand Merino sheep.
Machine washable on either the gentle or a wool wash cycle.
We recommend only using liquid wool wash with your items (we love this one!) and placing the tights into a garment bag to increase the longevity of the tights.
Do not soak or allow your washing detergent to sit on your items. This can cause holes to burn through the material and reduce the lifespan of your item.
Merino is quick to dry. Do not tumble dry.
Age and height correlation can sometimes be a bit finicky as every child is unique! Like clothing sizes, the ages are just there to provide some guidance. We recommend measuring your child’s height prior to purchase.
The ages associated with these tights are really just to use as a guide, every child grows at a different rate. They are based on the standard Australian and New Zealand growth charts which can be found on children’s hospital websites, state health sites or in your MCH or Plunket books.
If in doubt we recommend sizing up, but that’s a personal choice too (for us there’s nothing worse than having the crotch of the tights sitting too low!)
